review_content_refinement

Apply or dismiss a saved refinement preview without another AI call. Refuses to overwrite content edited since the preview. includeSuggestedSettings=true explicitly accepts unsolicited settings proposals too. Calendar dates and status are internal planning only; this never publishes a post.
