attach_content_reference

Attach a catalog/owned video or catalog creator to a content card. Use videoId from saved references (not savedVideoId). Does not spend AI quota or generate analysis; analyze selected catalog videos with analyze_catalog_video first. Returns the attachment ID for detaching.
